  Had been here a couple of years ago, and decided to give them another chance while passing by here, which sadly led to regret and this -
  Attention Favorite Indian Customers:
  Real Indian food is a whole lot better than what they offer - and even the service. Aside from extremely delayed items and unavailability of a server at any given moment, the food is the least flavorful option in the bay - which to be honest has some of the whole country's best Indian food options, so if this was in a remote place it'd be fine; however this is Hayward. The soup was pretty good though, got to give them that.
  
  Their other location though, in San Ramon (I do not know if they're affiliated, but by the same name), is much, much better.
