  i bought a open heart ring on Dec16,2012. 6 months later the ring tarnised, i took it back & asked if i could just exchnge it.i didnt want my money back just wanted to exchange.. they said no cause i had it for 6 months. they said they would clean it i had to wait 2 weeks then when i got it back it was the wrong size now im waiting another 2 weeks
