  BEWARE....DO NOT PUTCHASE FROM THE CLEARANCE CENTER! Here is my story: We purchased a 48" GE Monogram range from the Clearance center. We were told it was brand new but that the original purchaser wanted an electric oven and not the gas version. We also purchased the additional warrantee and were told it would be warranteed as if it was brand new. Needless to say after installing the range it has yet to work. I left Monogram messages for a month without get a call back. Finally a manager called me and said she'd work on it. It's been a month since she called, I've followed up via email and phone and haven't received a response yet. I've been working with GE to resolve this and they have been sending out a service technician about once a week (with a 4 hour window no less) to try to repair. They say that because it is not in fact NEW but a 2014 model they will not replace the unit...they will just keep sending out service technicians. I am exploring my recourse options. Please don't make the mistake I did by purchasing here!!
