  I was just told that my warranty covers my phone but they still won't process it because It has a slight crack. Even though a former employee that met told me, whenever they do that, it's to pocket the money if you pay cash then reset it up under the warranty. I was out of town and was about to process the phone but didn't because I would hsve to wait longer. Me not knowing the tmobile near my home would try to stiff me. Way to screw over a loyal customer. 1 star
