  They completely blew me off. I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy, but they said they didn't know what I wanted... Pallet racks, I wanted 3 pallet racks. I've waited over a week, called 4 times and sent an email just for them to put a quote together. Customer service doesn't exist here, and it becoming harder to find for small businesses. Highly unrecommended.
