  The staff here is nice and so is the view is the Bay. Other than that, maintenance inconsistently responds to requests, my cabinets smell like a toilet (right from day one), and it is so loud-- yes I know it's next to a college campus. They say the pool closes at 10 but they don't enforce that, so there is screaming and music all night long. I get up for work unlike these freeloading college kids, so I need a good night of sleep. Good luck getting sleep in your own apartment here at City View.
