  If I could give this school a negative star I would. My 3rd and 6th grader attend here now and have had multiple issues with kids here. When brought to the attention of the so called principal things are brushed under the rug. My 8 year old was bullied for months and I was very persistent on the situation with Mr. Flores, he did nothing!!! My son was beat up, bloody scratches on his neck and clothing torn off him by the same kid who he had been bullied by. He begged to call me and was denied, and only offered a bandage for his neck. This happened at lunch and he was made to stay this way the remainder of the day. Then he was sent home with a paper for suspension because he was in the altercation although he had not fought back. A week before this altercation my son was being forced to confront the cobully but he didn't want to do it without me there and then the principal made comments to him that made him feel uncomfortable so he tried to leave that is when the principal grabbed him by his throat. There are no repercussions for the behavior of the school staff here. The Hayward School board is very slow with responding back..if they respond at all..
