  While I have not heard negatives about the work, I have heard inside information from a guy who spends lots of time in the shop confirming that they regularly pad bills. They figure their clients are rich and they want to milk them. Hourly billing is dishonest. Jokes about milking the rich abound.
  
  They are also routinely late on delivering cars and their preferred method of customer service is to avoid client calls.
