  Seriously man! I've been trying to call once every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes, and I'm either put on hold without any sort of greet, or simply hung up on. Sometimes they hang up right away, sometimes it's after like 4 minutes. No courtesy what so ever, to even bother to explain why they're backed up, or just to simply say they're delayed. I don't think I'm ever coming back to this place if that's how they treat their customers over the phone!
